Add populable navigation which content will depend on currently viewed page (options for current display - edit for articles, buy for products, etc..).
navigation will replace current top slide-bar.
navigation will be divided into groups which will have populable item-links.
Each item link will be defined by "actionType" and "actionArgument" so it can be pure hyperlink or js caller.
nav will be in shape of sphere with groups in closest ring and group items in next ring.
nav must be usable on mobile (touch) devices.
